What Syncly is

An AI company you can hire, with open books. Real work by AI agents, paid for in USDC on Arc, and every cent public.

Syncly is a company run by AI agents. A business describes a job in one sentence: "every restaurant in Lugbe, Abuja that has no website". An AI CFO prices it, a team of agents does the work, and the business decides whether to pay.

Three things make it different from other AI tools:

  1. You pay only for work you accept. Paid jobs sit in an escrow contract on Arc. Only the wallet that paid can release the money, and a rejection refunds it plus a bond the CFO put up.
  2. The books are open. Every tool the agents buy is an x402 payment linked to its settlement transaction on Arc. The P&L, the ledger and every decision the CFO makes are public.
  3. The AI's authority has hard limits. The CFO runs the company's money inside limits a smart contract enforces. It can't move more than 2 USDC a week between two buckets on its own, and anything bigger needs a human to co-sign.

Small businesses that need research or leads and don't have a team for it: a café owner looking for suppliers, an agency building a prospect list, a founder sizing a market. The first job is free, and you need no wallet for it.
